Can anyone explain, How this place is halal & display Halal symbol yet they selling Pork? I don't think non-Muslim understanding what halal means?

Not a bad sushi place, a good quality fish and well cooked/prepared, arrived on time, while it was good, it did feel a tad expensive given the size of the portion: Chilli Squid - 5/5 Tonkotsu Original -5/5 Sushi & Sashimi Bento 5/5 Spicy Crunchy Yellow Tail Roll - 3/5

This would be 5 stars because the food is just SO GOOD!!! We love the food! Ordering to pick up from this restaurant is not a good experience though sadly. We are regulars and each time we order we arrive for the pick up time (or even after the pick up time because they always make us wait) to find that our order hasnt even started to be be made yet. We then have to wait a further 20 - 30 mins in the car park for the food. This isnt very respectful of the customers time. An accurate time slot would be better - even if the wait time is 1 hour. Because its usually rushed, the special requests are often ignored. The Uber eats / deliveroo orders are prioritised and it shows. Also, theres so much single use plastic in each order. It would be great if there were compostable / recyclable options.
