        Very disappointing, we booked to get a table to watch the Man City Arsenal game, was all ok. We arrived in the pub, we are given a table next to a TV great but then they put the Chelsea game on this TV and refused to change it. There was literally no one in the pub watching the Chelsea game and when we asked the waiters they said it was because the manager was a Chelsea fan lol And he was actually watching the Man City Arsenal game lol Ridiculous. They ended up putting the Arsenal match on our TV but that was just ridiculous customer experience, prioritising a manager preference versus their customers
