Ive worked with Caroline for a while now. She really invests herself and her energy into helping you make progress. Sessions get tailored to whatever you can do on the day, and theres no end of encouragement to work towards the next level. Training with her is fun and engaging, and turned miserable days into great ones.

Training with Caroline has been massively fun and incredibly productive, every session is different but tailored to your goals and I've seen my best progress in the shortest length of time - I can finally do press-ups and almost a pull-up after years of attempting but never getting anywhere! Caroline identified and worked with me to strengthen any weak points - I'd had pain in my hip flexor for 6 months before but within 6 sessions it was gone! Her incredible knowledge has given me structure and re-directed my fitness journey onto a path I can realistically follow and see and feel results. Would 200% recommend Caroline, and I will be back for more!

Caroline is an amazing trainer who really takes the time to get to know you and your goals. I not only love how hard she pushes me in my sessions, but also just hanging out with her and having life chats. I see her once a week for an hour and always look forward to it - even when I know Ill be sore afterwards!

I have had the best experience with Caroline :) When I decided to enter a beauty pageant, she was highly recommended to me. She has tailored a workout plan specifically for me including measuring my BMI and my calories intake. Her workouts have included a mixture of different exercises, each workout targeting different muscle groups. I have learned so much from her and honestly I couldn't recommend her enough! In as little as 6 months, I have lost over 6kg and noticed a huge improvement in my body. She has got me completely pageant ready! I feel so much more stronger and confident in myself. Caroline is not only the best mentor but she has also become a good friend too. Caroline is the one to go to for anything fitness related. I wouldn't trust anyone else!
