        I popped into Boots Opticians recently as I'd damaged my glasses purchased there. I was fearful the frame was mangled beyond repair. I was attended to by Fasil who professionally explained that attempting to fix had it's risks. With my agreement he went ahead and I'm happy to report that I am wonderfully impressed by his efforts! All staff pleasant and professional. Happy to recommend.

        A top 5 star service from my recent trips by Faheim!! From start to finish, he was attentive, helpful, passionate and very professional. My concerns of payment and having my Prada glasses fixed were managed so swiftly by him and he put me at ease. An amazing attitude always greeted by his smile, going beyond any customer service I've had. Thank you very much Sir.

        I have been a client of Ealing Broadway Boots Optician for last ten years. This branch provides outstanding customer service, individual approach to each customer and highly skilled staff, especially Fasil who always greets clients with a smile and he presents high professionalism and respect towards each client. No doubt he is a hidden germ of this place.

        I really hope that the haughty male staff will stay in the back office and stop dealing with customers. Visited the store a few times but his attitude especially towards young female customers were very arrogant and unpleasant
