        I cannot recommend Gardiner strongly enough. This is our 5th real estate purchase, and we are ever so grateful we used Gardiner. We never gave much thought to what estate agent we were going through, until we had a terrible experience with a major chain and we realised that in a market which has gone crazy, dealing with Gardiner truly made the difference. Kira was outstanding. Always present, responsive and precise, her work was invaluable. She ensured that all parties had a channel of clear and cooperative communications, which indeed was the key to a successful chain of transactions which could have otherwise broken down a few times. She went above and beyond what is expected of an estate agent, and always with a tremendous, positive, encouraging energy which really made it happen. Last but by no means least, it is a great feeling when all parties are happy and grateful to each other, and no bitter aftertaste is left by greed. A different experience altogether for such a delicate moment in life. Thank you, Kira and the whole team!
