Just Planning

I wanted to appeal the removal of all my permitted development rights on my new build, I really only wanted the one for outbuildings reinstated. I found Just Planning online and was impressed with the reviews so decided to go with Martin at Just Planning. Throughout the process Martin was efficient and helpful and despite a negative local council and neighbours, Martin won the appeal and not only reinstated my outbuildings permitted development rights but nearly all of them were reinstated. I am absolutely delighted, I feel the cost was very reasonable and have no hesitation is recommending him to anyone who is going to use the planning process, either at the beginning of a development (I wish I had done this) or for an appeal.

Martin is nothing short of a miracle worker!! We have spent nearly 2 years battling with our local planning authority to get planning for a rear and side extension and getting absolutely no where. After our 2nd refusal and the council hinting at us having no chance of ever getting what we wanted I reached out to Martin in a rather panicked state. He was so approachable and he gave such clear, honest and no nonsense advice that we decided to instruct him for our appeal. Within 2 weeks our thorough appeal statement was written and submitted. Ours wasn't a straight forward case and odds were stacked against us but I'm pleased to say that we were successful and WON our appeal all thanks to Martin. We are still in shock! It was the best news and we are forever thankful to him and would not hesitate to use him again in the future. Thanks again Martin!

Martin at Just planning won our Appeal for us. We would highly recommend Martin . After 14 months of repeatedly submitting planning applications we were eventually granted a 2 story rear extension with a condition that removed all our permitted Development rights. After research and the purchase off Martins book and reading Articles he had wrote. We then decided to contact just planning. Martin agreed that the condition was not justified and represented us in our appeal. The appeal was granted and we are now excited and looking forward to our 2 story extension along with a large single story side extension, Garages and gym.
