The booking options on their website is extremely misleading. It gives you the option to book "energy& dinner" doesn t give you more info when choosing the tickets, however you learn afterwards that actually the dinner is at a different restaurant, 7 min away from this venue 3 h prior to the energy?!? It says Show AND dinner, which of course everyone will assume it means you can have the courses during the energy. Also we were seated at the back, at the last table and it is very far from stage, as the seating is vertical?!, doesn t make sense. Yes, someone could say why haven t I looked at each ticket option before booking but again, if you just want to buy 2 tickets and you click on BOOK NOW on a specific night, it just takes you straight to how many tickets you want to buy and what options you have. No additional explanation for each type of ticket. What was supposed to be a great evening turned into soemthing extremely frustrating.

UPDATE - called and explained themselves and we are satisfied with their actions, they will remove us from their database and were apologetic about the mistake in calling us - ORIGINAL - Rudely hung up when told we had a three year contract elsewhere - we are TPS registered too !
