First class facilites & Staff. N.B. Has free car park. Very handy given the stores location on a busy road.

I called West Ealing & spoke to Ramona about a display unit we wanted to see before considering to purchase for our children. Upon visit to the store we were immediately greeted without any aggressive sales tactics. It materialised Ramona was the person that greeted both myself & my partner & she instantly recognised my voice which was impressive! Ramona took us to the area we wanted to look over & showed us various ranges & was too even good enough to offer better value options however we were sold on the better products & purchased two beds & two mattresses. Ramona too offered the installation service which we opted for & once again there was no up sale but simple factual info which once again I was happy to go with as it made sense! Ramona too offered us the option to try the display option for comparisons (cant remember the exact name) which we did try even though the beds are for our children. Excellent service from Ramona wrapped all up in less than 30 minutes & I would not hesitate to visit Dreams namely Ramona again on our next purchase. Asset to Dreams keep up the good work Ramona!
