        Taryn was able to identify and diagnose a likely cause for a muscular problem. She treated it with massage during the session and then devised a stretch and strengthen plan which nailed the issue within days. Also, she followed up with me later. One and done! Would def revisit if any other physio-type issues arise.

        Stuart had bee great. He is knowledgeable and been been great in the rehabilitation of a shoulder problem I had. Always left feeling I was a step closer to full fitness.

        Had a great session with Stewart recently. It was helpful to be able to scan my shoulder to diagnose the issue and he gave very specific feedback to help recover my injury. He is very nice and knowledgeable and wasn't in any way pushy about going back to see him -- I would highly recommend him.
