I call it magic hands! Yogi is truly amazing at her work and really takes the time to understand what is needed. An effective treatment plan was put in place as well as realistic exercises for maintenance and strength building. I would go back in a heartbeat if the need arises. 5 stars all round! Thanks again!

Excellent all-around physiotherapy service and physiotherapist. Have been coming here for years now with a variety of injuries and issues - coming from a martial arts background - and Omphysio have been tremendously helpful throughout. Would highly recommend.

Do not go here. Useless physio, didnt provide real explanations of potential injury. Rushed the appointment. Spent time doing ultrasound rather than really giving recovery tips. Second visit forgot which part of my body was been treated. Decided not to go back after this. I reported this satisfaction to the company, expecting to hear from a manager as requested - didnt hear anything! Waste of time

Worst experience dealing with OMPhysio ever, if i could give zero stars, I would have! Their communication and customer service is shocking. There does not seem to be a manager to deal with queries, instead you are put through to a physio therapist who accuses you of not asking the questions, when I had been asking the same question from day 1. The therapist I saw didn't even bother to read the referral letter I got from my consultant! When I asked about a specific therapy, nobody could give me a straightforward answer, and finally they then told me that it would cost an extra 100 even though I checked that this would be covered by my insurers, they then told me I was wrong and that it would still be 100! The physio on the phone call would not put me through to a more senior member and then slammed the phone down on me! I have subsequently moved to another physio nearby and their first session was the totally different experience and the advice I was given was superb. At OMPhysio, I was told to stretch my knees and core, without much of an explanation, plus my problem is in the ankle, there was no manipulation of any sort, or anything to help relieve the symptoms. They then charged me 60 for the privilege, before invoicing me another 50 for the same session! I will never go there again!

Fantastic service from Yogita Iyengar - and the treatment was incredibly helpful for continuous headaches I was having that were connected to neck and back issues.
