They have refused to pay saying the testing was incomplete - despite constant communication with them my end, of which they rarely responded to, alerting them to system issues and providing screenshots of such. Impossible to complete the research due to the faulty software the survey was conducted through.
Regardless, managed to complete around 95% of what was required.
Requested at the least they provided proof from their client that my responses would be excluded from the research findings if they were refusing to pay me.
Will now be making a complaint to the Market Reseach Society in addition to a county court claim for the outstanding incentive.
I'm also of the belief the review below, which they claim to be another company, is in fact Opinion Hub.
Unprofessional and non-responsive firm who are better avoided - be it for your research needs or as a participant.
