        Worst library ever !! Poor communication within staff, I was told they can edit print but another said they cannot, I was told to go back and forth on my computer to the point where they were delaying other customers. Honestly it shouldnt be that hard to print paper especially when youre paying. Do better :( also there were ladies from the council who were very rude and disrespectful, move it elsewhere

        The guards are rude and treating people who came from the same country as them better. It's noisy, the children are screaming basically for the whole day till 6pm. It's anything but library - kindergarten, place for teenagers and random people to hangout. And of course the council - with long queue of people and loud consultations.

        Excellent selection of books, including foreign language books. Easy self-service kiosk, and if you need help, you always find a person to help you. A small table near each self-service kiosk would be useful to get organised before checking books in or out.
