Thrapie Clinic - Botox, Skin Treatments, Laser Hair Removal

The staff as always was incredible, but this is the second time I had to rescheduled (twice not even 24h before) due to somebody being sick. I do understand that this things happen but when happens to a client we lose the session, and I havent been compensated in any way even if my last session was in January!! Happy it was my last session at Ealing Very disorganised, also had to change the room, and my poor specialist was apologising over and over whats going on Therapie clinic?

I have arrived earlier than my scheduled appointment and asked the receptionist if I should go and come back or there's someone free for me. She said I'd have to wait until my appointment is due which was 10:30am. No issues, I went for a walk and came back at 10:30, had a seat and have been waiting for 25 mins when I finally decided this is disrespectful for no one to come to at least let me know what's going on. The lady at the reception said she'll go and find out. She went in a private room and probably spoke to the therapists. Two of the therapists came out, they were probably having their break, none of my business. However, when my therapist finally came to me this is 30 minutes later than my scheduled appointment, says my name and asked me to go inside. No apologies, she didn't introduced herself, but rather carried on as if I am an object rather than a human being. When I finally asked her whats her name, she replied. As a client you feel vulnerable enough to open your legs and have laser done, and you want to at least have a small type of connection with your therapist. I am a nurse manager myself, and I can confidently say some of the girls that work there lack empathy and manners. Not impressed.

This place is a must visit . I did my Laser full body and Technician Zayda was lovely and extremely professional .Thank you Zayda you made me feel absolutely comfortable would recommend this place and Technician Zayda anytime . Definitely coming back to have all my sessions at the Ealing branch now. Thank you Zayda!

If you dont want to waste your money, you should choose this branch of Therapie Clinic. Because, they care your body and time. Bona was amazing staff member. She explains every thing with details and patient. Lots of love
