I duplicated my key there which turned out to not be working and got me locked out of my place.
Went back for a fix and they made a new one, which again does not work (they duplicated the same shape on both side of the key). Had to go back for a third visit to finally get a working key.
Update: The reply is truly appalling and nonsense. Information was given right there at the second time despite you claiming its not, but still the key was wrong.
In fact, the owner duplicated the same side of the original key to both sides of the new key. I cannot imagine this is a problem on the customers part as in common sense when you ask to duplicate a key, they should duplicate in the EXACT SAME format the original is, so it will work properly like the original. You do NOT need to decide which side of the key works, all we ask is an EXACT duplicate of the original. I am very sure this will not happen in any other key cutter - this is not the first time I get key duplicates and I am not born yesterday .
I am only offering a true honest review based on my experience. I am not asking for freebie, but an apology would be nice and the least you can do even if its just a careless one-time (or two since I had wrong keys for twice) mistake.
