We stayed at this place for 4 days while holidaying in London.We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. Initial impression was this is quite spacious for London and were quite happy.The place is equipped with a huge fridge,washing machine,dishwasher(without any instructions),TV in the living room as well as both bedrooms. They also provide free Wi-Fi.Also the key collection and drop were hassle-free.These were the positives.Now coming to the problems we faced during our stay. 1.We got locked out one night. When we arrived tired after sightseeing we couldn't open the door with the key provided.Now this is the second day of our stay and we had already opened the door with the key a day before. So we called the owner and told him our problem.But the way he spoke to us was quite rude(as though we somehow didn't know how to use a key).After making us wait for 2 hours outside the door he comes and opens the door with another key which was used to lock the second lock of the door to which we hadn't been given a key.And to top it all,no apology from his side even though we were cordial and said thanks to him. 2.A TV in one bedroom was missing when we entered the flat after the key not working incident.We immediately notified the owner and he said that he was aware of it. If the TV had to be moved for some reason,I think it is reasonable to expect to be informed about it. A mail or whatsapp would have been sufficient.It added to our tiredness and worry. 3.No heating and hot water the day we arrived.We complained and they fixed the hot water the next day but the heating was still not working. 4. Only one TV was working and we didn't bother complaining since we were out most of the day. I don't think I will recommend this place due to the sheer lack of customer service. It's a shame really since the location is so good (near Ealing Broadway tube station)and the interior itself is new.
