        Rachel doesnt acknowledge customers at all but instead chats with colleagues while you stand there. Will not be returning, such a regrettable experience!

        Most of the staff at least on weekend are young girls gossiping and not paying attention. It is good to have fun with your colleagues but it's a job. The lady at the till today completely ignored me while I was standing next to her for 3 minutes while talking to her colleague after she served me and I realised now home she charged me twice the same product... great costumer service!

        The staff at Ealing shopping centre are really helpful and friendly. I love this branch. I always find bargains here every time i shop. If I cant find the product I want, staff will help me find them.

        Recently I move in the area and today I decides to do for my first time the Eye Browns here.Ive bought the 3 for 10 deal at Brown Station. Ajwinder was amazing and attentive. I was really pleased how she done everything. Definitely I would see her soon
