I have never written a negative review but I really felt that I had to after visiting Siirgista Bros. We were the only customers in the restaurant, now I know why. Upon arrival, the waitress behind the till did not say anything, no greeting or explanation of the self service required at the restaurant. We were not given a menu or told that the menu was at the till. We were a family of 4 with two children, no kids menu was provided so when we ordered for our children we had no idea how expensive the chicken nugget meal was. Honestly extortionate for what it was. I think others have mentioned this. When placing our order the waitress continued to get phone calls, all of which she answered while trying to take our order. We were there watching her get frustrated at delivery driver calls and other customer calls, really unprofessional. At this point, surely the chef could take the calls while she takes our order? Baring in mind that were the only customers in the restaurant. The food was ready pretty quickly and was very average for the amount we paid we only ended up ordering two adult meals and one kids meal with an extra juice and it was around 45. For what it is, honestly felt like wed been robbed. And for all that money, again despite being the only people in the restaurant we had to collect our food from the till. We had to get back up for water / sauces and werent told that too was self service. Honestly every time we spoke to the waitress she seemed annoyed that we were disrupting her from browsing the internet on her phone. She clearly did not want to be there. When we left it seemed she was annoyed that our kids had dropped a few chips on the floor and that she might actually have to clean something up. We of course cleaned up after ourselves and emptied our trays into the bin. I will never ever return back to this restaurant, its the first time weve regretted eating a meal out. Honestly awful dining experience and overpriced for very average food.
