Hair cut alright but definitely not a place where you want to go for a beard trimming. Vishal went cutting my beard short without consulting me, after the initial discussion regarding how do I want it. He turned me around with the chair and I couldn't see how short he was cutting it. Once finished I was shocked, as he ruined 6 months of my dedication to grow it. Really disappointed with the beard trimming and shape up.

Vishal always giving his opinion when not needed. Had a cut with Antonio, he knows what I want yet Vishal is there to always get it shorter. Good job mate, now I look like a plum. Shocking.

I have resorted to writing a review in the hopes that this will help me get assistance/a response from them. I bought a voucher for my husband in June which I had to pay an extra 2 for delivery and the voucher has still not come. I called them up explaining my situation and the person on the phone said they were busy with a client so would call back after. They did eventually manage to do this, right at the end of the day and I happened to miss the call (I was expecting them to call back within at least an hour or two!). I have tried calling them multiple times over the last week and no one seems to answer. Finally get through to someone this morning to explain my situation again and he tells me that he will notify the manager and will get back in touch with me today. This obviously didn't happen. Other than wasting more of my time turning up at the place demanding to have this issue sorted, I don't know what to do. I would preferably like a refund because this whole experience has been a complete disappointment and customer service seems awful.
