I had an appointment at this job centre and I must say that I was treated very bad from the security staff till the lady at the office. I must say that I felt discrimination in that place. All the staff they talk in indian language and is no place for anyone else.

I have tried to communicate thorough my universal credit message well over twenty days on a daily basis. I havent received any response from them so I have to rise the issue to a management label to trying to get an appointment. just because Ive send a fit note they have ignore my request and without any questions asked they send me a message saying we not accepted your fit note since them none of them are willing to communicate with me. The running the Center as a money maker for others like the council an private business offering unstable job & unrealistic wages. While I was getting recovered I asked if I could get support for an online course not interested of course..

  • Help only those people who have benefits. Terrible staff. When I asked for help to find a job, one lady at the reception began to roll her eyes, showing her attitude with all her appearance ...

Very abusive if you are unwell, disabled and academic. They shout at you for these reasons and force you to apologise for being assertive. Jan really shouted at me once. Admittedly I shouldnt have been on Jobseekers with such illness. They also stopped one of my payments because I was on mental health medication. Disgusting people!
