If it would be possible I would rate even less than that. Thursday calling 8am no app. Friday calling 8am no app. Saturday no app. Can I book for Monday? No way!!!! Plz call us Monday. Monday 8am calling it's just hanging up cos there is nobody to pick up the call. 8m08am I'm 10 in the que. Spending 30 min just to hear that there are no appointments. Ridiculous!!!!!! 1h on the phone and u dont get any help whatsoever. From reviews i can tell who has problem to get appointments! And who get ones !!!!

Just like their rude, dismissive staff who cant make an appointment for you, I too shall not write a long review as its a waste of my time.

Several attempts to obtain an appointment for myself and for my son ( whos tried separately) , in the last few months, were unsuccessful because the automated system kept one forever on hold waiting , and when I eventually got to speak to the receptionist, she was impatient and dismissive. Without hesitation she rebuffed me as if I was a nuisance and referred to calling 111 or to book via the NHS app. Which symptoms are eligible for an in- person appointment these days ? Who knows because the interest in my need is so minimal that Im not even being asked anymore. Im not able to receive an appointment via the app and the surgery isnt offering one in weeks or months ahead. Im told to call back in a few days and perhaps then Ill get hold of a telephone assessment appointment, but Im in need to see a GP in person, yet this seems impossible! My family and I had been patients for over 20 years but are effectively being pushed out of the surgery now because we are not able to receive care anymore.

The worst Gp ever Ive been with them for over 13 years with no any issues but after covid and lockdown unfortunately everything have been changed Im suffering from anxiety and trauma since my sister passed away due cancer, and I have a lot of physical issues and fibromyalgia which they never treated me, they dont even care about their patients health anymore Im trying to change to different Gp Hopefully they will be better than them.
