WS Bond of Ealing handled my father's entire funeral including arrangements for transportation, church service and crematorium. Contacting the office was very easy and the pleasant manner of the funeral director made the entire process quick and painless. On the day, the arrangements were perfect and the funeral director's team we so professional and respectful that the family had no worries or apprehensions. We were in very good hands and we thank you for helping to make the experience a memorable one.

Unfortunately this firm was nominated by my late grandparents funeral plan. My dear grandmother was not impressed by their handling of my grandfather's funeral but we were committed by then. Following my grandmother's death, these people phoned my dad and said "So sorry to hear about your father." Things didn't get any better from there. They didn't pay attention to any of our requests. Mistakes were too numerous to mention. Rather than grieving, our family spent an inordinate amount of time clarifying confusion and rectifying their screw ups. Poor organisation and generally incompetent. Having finally collected my grandparents mixed ashes, we held a private family ceremony where we scattered their ashes. Only we didn't scatter their combined ashes, as it turns out they hadn't actually combined them. Of all the sensitive and delicate matters, how can you screw up this badly? My mother was devastated when she was this morning. A load of excuses, a lot of mistakes and a lot of upset relatives. Avoid.

I would like to recommend the service provided by W S Bond funeral directors. They were very kind and considerate following the death of my husband and the funeral could not be faulted.
