The Avenue Surgery

A surgery with no compassion whatsoever. I had a test scheduled with them and I was running late since I had to breastfeed my baby and wait for the carer to come look after my newborn before I could leave. I tried calling them to inform them but line was busy. I ran to the Surgery anyway and was unfortunately 10 minutes late. The receptionist said the nurse would not see me, despite me having explained the reasons. Both receptionists cold-heartedly said its my problem and the nurse would not spare even 5 minutes to do the test since shes off work and wouldnt get paid. Its a surgery with staff that prioritise money, than patients health and well being.

Excellent health care and service at The Avenue Surgery - the GPs and the healthcare teams and the admin team. The atmosphere is calm, I have booked appointments with ease and my medical care is high standard. Its a privilege to be a patient at this surgery and Im always grateful for the care and support.

Dr Dhoman is very useful.. when he says he will call you back .. he calls back and you can ask him and he tries to make sure you understandand he arrange treatment and blood samples. but Dr Livingston always rushing.. she forgets to call back patients ..to be honest I would rather see Dr Dhoman ..like today I even called the surgery to speak to Dr Livingston to get my blood test resultsshe booked that appointment to call me ..Im in pain and I cant get prescription reception told me she is going to call me back next 20min
