If you are developing 35mm film go somewhere else. Lovely younger staff, rude older woman who is unsympathetic, unhelpful and stand offish. Much happier with the results from other film labs (where you send it to them) and quite frankly 16 to develop 16 shots at substandard quality is ridiculous. The negatives are sliced carelessly where the borders of my shots have been cut off, so that if I ever wanted to scan them again they are curved and at a slant! Only pro is how fast it is, but if you aren't in a rush go elsewhere.
