I booked a consultation for Invisalign here as this practice had excellent reviews. However, I was disappointed by the overall experience. I arrived for my 5:45pm appointment and after ringing the buzzer a few times, a dental nurse let me in and asked me to sit in the waiting room. There was no receptionist and no one came to ask me who I was there to see. After waiting for 20 minutes, I asked one of the dentists in their room what to do and he went upstairs to check where the orthodontist was. The dental nurse then came back down, took my details and went back upstairs so I waited another 20-25 minutes and by this time I had been there for 45 minutes. I then went upstairs but there was nobody there except for one room which had the door shut so I waited until they had finished. The same dental nurse came out and asked me to come in and see the orthodontist. When I said my appointment was 45 minutes ago he didn't even apologize and said they never received my appointment despite me having an email confirmation from the practice. Whilst the appointment was fine, I was astonished at the cost which he quoted compared to other quotes for Invisalign. Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience here.
