The Ealing Pole Studio

I've been going to Ealing Pole Studio for roughly one year as I was getting bored learning pole at home and wanted something more interactive. I'm so glad I joined and have been able to build my strength and confidence and learn new tricks. Alex is such an adaptable, supportive and praising instructor who makes all of her students feel seen and empowered. I look forward to my weekly escape at TEPS - A great class for improving physical and mental health!

I love Alex at TEPS. Shes so supportive and has helped me grow in confidence and skill as a dancer. All the people on her classes are so kind and welcoming and Ive loved the last year being at the studio.

Could only give this place 5 stars. Venue - 5* Teachers - 5* Vibe - 5* New student and I am hooked. Tried Improvers and going into Intermediate next week. Big shout out to Alex for being an incredible teacher thank you Update: Still a regular and still a super fan.

I started at TEPS in mid 2019 and have been a regular since - Alex (our teacher) is so supportive and encouraging. Shes very attentive and can adapt her teaching style fluidly, whether youre a visual/audible/kinaesthetic learner shell know how to guide you and stay safe. I honestly couldnt be without pole - the community is amazing. I appreciate TEPS so much when I moved from Ealing to Hackney I didnt even consider starting a new studio! If youre considering TEPS I would 100% from the bottom of my heart recommend

I never post reviews but everyone should know how amazing The Ealing Pole studio is due to its brilliant teacher Alex. Ive been completing courses for nearly 2 years now, as Alex creates such a fun and nurturing environment. Coming to pole every week is honestly my happy place as its such a positive community. Ive grown so much in skill and confidence as Alex genuinely cares for the progress of all her students. If youve always wanted to do pole but have been unsure book one course I promise you wont be disappointed! Happy pole-ing
