What a wonderful experience - I'll make this an easy choice for those debating if this is the right place for them. The rundown: 1. Easy booking - either online or with the lovely receptionist. 2. Calming Reception Area - Dentists make me anxious, however the decoration (foilage, calming dark blue wall color, lo-fi jazz) all produced a calming, yet professional atmosphere. 3. Professional Dental Team - My Dentist (Daniel Thayanandan) was cheerful, respectful, professional, and most importantly, knowledgable. Clear, transparent explanations along with expert advice allowed me to make the best decision for myself. 4. Community Focused - I was impressed by how people would wave as they passed the windows of this establishment. It's clear that this is not only a practice, but a part of a community. If I haven't made it clear, I trust Dickens Yard Dental, and while I'm still anxious and am intimidated (it's my mouth, ok? it freaks me out), I trust this team to make it as painless and anxiety-free as possible. I'm thankful for their service and expertise and look forward to my next visit.

Dr. Sahil is a professional and knowledgeable dentist, who took the time to explain each step of the process and answering any questions I had. I was impressed with the state-of-the-art equipment and technology used in his office, which made the experience all the more comfortable and efficient. Despite my initial nervousness, Dr. Sahil's calm and empathetic manner put me at ease throughout the appointments. He made sure I was comfortable at all times and ensured that I was fully informed about my dental health. Overall, I would highly recommend Dr. Sahil to anyone in need of dental care. From the moment you walk into Dickens Yard Dental, you know this is not just a run of the mill private dentist. From the welcoming smile of Dipti to the myriad of plants you're surrounded by, the aura is warm and you instantly feel calm. My new patient appointment was with Dan and you can tell he's very knowledgeable, especially with tooth extractions. He's also ultra friendly and always makes sure you're OK and comfortable. Highly recommend!
