        Ive been an M&S customer for over 15 years - Its where I buy all my clothes and Ive always received excellent service but Im afraid that wasnt the case today. Dhaval (customer service) accused me of returning a jacket that has been worn. It hadnt. He sniffed the jacket right in front of me looking for a perfume - there wasnt. He made comments about creases which had happened from the jacket being folded. Chris (the manager) eventually came around after Dhaval had misunderstood (from a phone call to a colleague) that he must call him to come over. The manager agreed (after careful inspection of the jacket) that it had not been worn and a refund was issued but it left a bitter taste. M&S does not treat customers this way. Im disappointed.
