        It was my first time at Caf Nero. What a present experience! Greeted at the door and welcomed in by a member of staff. The staff behind the counter were warm, polite and very knowledgeable. My El Salvador Skinny latte was hot and very tasty. My daughter enjoyed her El Salvador iced coffee. The caf was warm, clean and a pleasant environment. To which to have a nice coffee. Will definitely be back there for coffee! TIP: If you are on the 3 mobile network, download the 3+ app and once a week you can get any Caf Nero coffee for a 1. As well as loads of other weekly discounts. So Caf Nero Ealing Broadway (opposite HSBC bank).

        This is for the drink I had - pistachio iced latte with oat milk. I was so excited about this drink as it has got everything I love - coffee, pistachio, oat milk and ice. Unfortunately, this drink is too sweet and the pistachio syrup is too artificial. The service in the shop was good. This new drink was a bit of disappointment. Perhaps Ill have it again but with one pump of their pistachio syrup and will ask for more ice.
