St Stephen's is a lovely welcoming church that does its best to make new people and visitors feel at home, without become too overbearing. The vicar Steve, his wife Caroline and the curate Ruth are a great leadership team, while the building is more cosy and friendly than some more traditional high churches can feel. We had our wedding ceremony there and all the feedback from out-of-town and overseas guests was very positive

Return visit Monday morning. Morning prayer occurs most mornings. The website is informative about services etc. The clergy Ruth and community are warm and welcoming. The liturgical space is flexible. A different way to do Church. But a pleasant space and nice people. Previous review, Sadly appeared closed when I visited. The large imposing Church on the traffic island is the original Church. The current Church is the previous church hall. Hope to revisit.
