        Went at 9:15am, not open. Called at 10:15am and 11:20am, no answer. Took my business elsewhere (Leon beauty in Dickens Yard). Judging by the reviews, Im lucky they werent open and didnt answer the phone!

        I have been going here for a while now to get my eyebrows and upper lip threaded or waxed, and most recently for some facials. The service is efficient and gentle, and the staff are friendly and considerate. After I had my facial, the feedback I received was that I was glowing. Sonia also recommended products which I purchased and am very pleased with. This is an accessible and convenient local beauty salon with hardworking staff. Highly recommended. Services: Eyebrow threading, Eyebrow shaping

        Very unprofessional and rude. Had me waiting for a long time after I was told 15 mins. Also did not greet with politeness or respect. I walked out. Will not be going back
