Staff - Very pleasant and friendly. Appointments - I walked in without an appointment and was able to sit with a bank agent in less than 10 minutes. However, it might help if you book an appointment before you visit the bank. Products - It seems the products are pretty good, especially for a new person in UK earning average salary. The credit card interests seems to be pretty low in comparison with the competition. The interest rates in the savings account is not the best

Unprofessional staff! Most are too busy socialising with each other to actually do their job properly! Got told to wait 10 mins to open an account by one employee, then 15-20mins later that same employee told us that another employee will open an account for us. Then that employee told us someone else will do it for us. Its a joke! Another lady came and asked if we were on the waiting list as she only goes by that. I told her neither of her colleagues added us to any list let alone asked our names! Completely unprofessional!
