Halifax is a terrible bank with terrible staff

Last week my wife and I went to Halifax Ealing Broadway branch with 10,000 to put the money in my account, for my mortgage deposit.
As we were waiting in the queue for cashier, then Sunil Patel and Jiana took the money from us in to a private room to count. After few minutes they came and told us that it is 9,600. I swear to god my wife and I counted the money several times it was 10,000.
Be careful when go to the bank with cash especially with Sunil Patel and Jiana, these two are the evil
