Poor service unfriendly staff. I've been there for 5 times because every time they've asked for a different proof of address. Finally they accepted it and said the account will be ready in 3 working days. That was more than a month ago... Santander at the other side of the street opened my account online in one day. I wish i could give 0 stars.

Came in as an existing customer to upgrade cash account, I've been ignored by rude man, he kept saying "I don't know mate", "sorry bro", I just couldn't believe that someone like him can work in the bank, so disappointed
