This company completed a block paving driveway for me three years ago now. After a year the drive had sunk quite considerably and I contacted Stokesley Home Improvements on numerous occasions to ask if they would come and lift the parts that had sunk. They repeatedly promised to do this but no-one turned up. Eventually after me repeatedly ringing them, the driveway fitter who had originally done the drive turned up and said it had been fitted wrongly !!!!!!! and needed drainage. He then charged me 120 for plastic drainage channels which he dumped in my garden and never came back to do the work. I informed the company of this but they aren't interested. Once this company have your money, hope nothing goes wrong because you wont get any aftersales service from them. I would NOT recommend them, hence the 1 star.

No response to phone calls regarding problems with our resin drive

Paid very large sum to have our drive resin done within a few months it crumbled and lifted A year later countless phone calls texts and emails no joy after service the worst

One star given only because it wouldn't let me leave zero This company are an absolute disgrace they did my 87 year old mother's drive two years ago and it's an absolute disaster as the resin has totally disappeared. After numerous calls and letters advised by the consumer advice service they have just replied saying that they are now going back into lock down and basically said they have no money to pay there workers. Anyone thinking of using this outfit should look on companies house and look at their assets for the last few years. Basically it says they have assets of roughly 450 . What kind of reputable company has assets that low. They should be ashamed of them selves ripping off anyone never mind an 87 year old partially sighted woman.

Overpriced shoddy work no after sales, they wont return calls despite many attempts to get them to come and see the resealed drive that the colour started to peel off within weeks. 9 months later still trying AVOID this company at all costs.
