Shocking !!!!!! Dirty seating, dirty floor area, staff rude, food cold, drinks cold. We complained response shrug shoulders!!!!! Advised people going in, to go to the eating area before this stop as its very good. Will not return Ever xx NOTE had to put 1 star or couldnt post No stars !!!!!!

Poor service this morninf. Sign said "any hot or cold drink" and a sandwich for 4.50. Ordered a wrap and a large capucino and I was charged 5.20 as my drink was a large. When i pointed out to staff that "large" would fit under thecategorie any I was told to "leave if i didn't like it". Customer service training required.

Sausage rolls have changed over the past month less filling and seem smaller and very greasy. Oh yes and the prices are climbing. I only use now if I'm desperate. Not good value anymore in my opinion. Greed always spoils these road side shops. Great staff but food going downhill fast. Made the decision to now stop using this shop as irs now too expensive. Better stoppubg for a meal at gamejeeper pub at otger side of roundabout. Better value and better food. So lonf Greedy GREGGS

Stopped for a pee and a Sausage and Bacon roll. Good food and clean facilities. Service was excellent
