I recently received training from anna for copywriting. Anna's copywriting expertise has been extremely beneficial for me. I have learnt an extensive amount to improve my writing as Marketing Manager for a rugged hardware specialist. Anna has improved my understanding of formatting and writing for all different types of copy, including website, blog posts, and press releases. Overall, providing me with a detailed insight into all the best tips & tricks for copywriting, which I will be applying to all my future copy.

Anna is great at what she does, her way with words is an art that i've seen few perfect. She is prompt with her timelines and understood exactly what I was looking for in my copy. I'd definitely be using her again.

What initially attracted us to Anna was her Customer Insight service. We wanted someone to speak to our clients to understand from their perspective the value we provide to them. We wanted an independent review, to allow our clients to speak more freely and for someone with a trained ear to listen with purpose. The result was excellent. Anna managed to gain a host of valuable information which has enabled us to not only improve our services to our clients but also find our voice on how we can best communicate with future clients. Anna understands what we want to achieve and offers us valuable direction on top of the outstanding copy she provides.

Working with Anna has been a breath of fresh air!
