We used Jonathan for a survey on a property we were considering purchasing. Throughout the whole process leading up to the survey Jonathan kept us updated on his progress and also called me after the survey with his immediate thoughts. The report that Jonathan provided was incredibly detailed, supplemented with plenty of photographs to highlight the areas discussed in the report and he even worked a Bank Holiday to get the report to us before the weekend. Jonathan was honest, approachable and professional during all our dealings with him and I would not hesitate to recommend.

I recently had a home survey completed by Jonathan Barrington and was very impressed by his thorough and detailed work. From our initial conversations over the phone, it was clear that he was very knowledgeable and committed to ensuring that all aspects of the property were thoroughly evaluated. Despite the fact that he was very thorough in his analysis, he was still able to write the report in a very timely manner, which was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend Jonathan Barrington to anyone in need of a house survey.

We commissioned a Level 2 Home Survey for our house purchase and were very pleased with the level of interaction with Jonathan throughout, resulting in a thorough and very useful report and follow up call. Definitely worth the money paid - highly recommended!
