        Since the Dymchurch post office was relocated to the local convenience store this year, the service has completely deteriorated. The staff are VERY rude and treat you like you are a non-entity. I have been in there several times recently at different times to post something only to be faced with a sign saying "post office is closed" which contradicts with the opening times displayed. The shop is open and busy trading but no one is acting as postmaster. This is so inconvenient. I have just tried again to post a parcel. It is stressful enough finding a parking space in Dymchurch - queue for ages only to be told that the post office section is closed. The 'dont care' attitude is appaling.

        This Post Office is listed as being able to Print a prepaid label for parcels, brought the QR ocde and they said they dont do printing and would have to go to new romney - so a complete wasted journey and the royal mail site should not show this as a prepaid label printing facilities

        Website is still showing open till 12:30am on saturdays, so now i can not collect a important parcel. Will never use again, posters are ridiculous. "dont huff at other customers"
