We're in the year 2017 yet still no prescriptions are available between 1 and 2 as the pharmacist has a lunch break!

The ladies behind the counter are lovely and the Pharmacist is always helpful but our prescriptions are rarely completed or ready, despite phoning before to check that they are complete and ready for collection.

Staffed by village idiots. Caveat emptor. And don't even dare to ask to speak to the pharmacist directly without first giving your complete medical history through the chain of command so that they may decide if in their untrained experience they can dole out their advice first. Oh dear indeed. Stay away from this one.

Absolutely awful. Do not use this place for repeat prescriptions! Lost mine TWICE. I have medication that I need on repeat and can't just stop taking, so to go and pick up and to be told they never had my prescription (when I know for a fact I handed it to them) is an absolute joke. To rub more salt into the wounds they made me pay while ordering my prescription, not when picking up. So that was 24 down the drain. Staff don't seem to know what they are doing and have a reputation at local doctors surgerys for being an absolute shambles. I am definitely not the first this has happened to. AVOID - go to new Romney instead. Far more professional and know how to do their job. Instead of putting people like me in dangerous situations because they are unable to pick up medicines that have been ordered. (And paid for!)
