The Main Bar and Entertainment area is HORRIBLY managed, I went into the Toilets and saw that someone had left a Poo ON TOP of a toilet seat in a broken stall, the door was open and anyone who walked by would have seen and smelt it
I reported this to my manager immediately, and he then told me, The Kitchen Porter, 4 HOURS LATER to clean it up, I flat out refused and said why it hadn't already been cleaned as I brought this to his attention asap and it had just been left sat there on Display for everyone to see, which already shows the amazing Level of Professionalism that takes place
I have not been given any shifts at all in 4 weeks and whilst I understand it's a Zero Hour contract job and I am not guaranteed hours
Not allowing me to work for an Entire month has left me Unable to pay my rent and bills, so thanks for that one as well
It's a shame really because the Neptune is lovely and had fantastic food and all the people who work in the Office and the Pool area are fantastic people
Just the Main Entertainment and Bar area is a complete dump with an incredible staff turnover as no one wants to work at a place that is in such a mess, as with every job there's always people being Lazy and it gets piled on top of all the people that are actually willing to put some effort in
