Receptionists and doctors are helpful. It's best to go to surgery to book appointments .

Quite possibly the worst receptionists ever, doctors might be ok, maybe, if you could ever get an appointment. The Palliative doctor is ok, so only expect care if your dying. If you want to live avoid this practice. I thought of changing to another practice but heard theyre just as shoddy. Just a mess sadly. 16/9/2022

Absolute rubbish surgery, unable to see a doctor only phone or e consult, spend nearly 2 hours trying to make a non urgent phone appointment with Diabetes nurse to get results from blood tests, This was after being sent text message to do so. About time the doctors and medical staff came out of hiding and started doing their jobs as they should.
