Terrible shop. Since its been taken over. The new people are rude, unhelpful! They have decided to taken on Yodel parcel delivery and posting service. Let me just say if you cant understand the process dont bother doing it! Parcel have been going missing, you try and explain yourself and they act like they dont understand you. Then rudely start talking amongst themselves in there own language! I was causing a cue as I wanted to be dealt with accordingly and wanted to know where my parcel was, I was asked to step aside and wait until they served others cueing behind me! When I was being dealt with first! Never setting foot in here again!

Don't go in here anymore because of the surly staff, they look like they can barely conceal their contempt for you. Who knows the reason why but it wasn't a one off, even though I was always polite and said please and thank you, even if they didn't deserve it. They're not getting any more of my money now, I use Tesco all the time now where all the staff are very friendly and helpful and would rather use the post office in St Mary's Bay.

This shop is a gem. Contrary to the negative reviews, I've always found all the staff to be most polite, helpful and all round decent and sound people. This little shop is like a tardis, the range of goods impressive given its size. The range of spices and herbs is second to none and the off licence is diverse. Since the Tesco juggernaut arrived in Dymchurch independent traders have felt the pinch so it is important that we support them or we will lose them.
