We were assigned this company by our insurer to complete quite simple repair after a water leak. What a nightmare has it been! Apart from the carpenter who fitted the floors and the girls in the office absolutely shocking work. Our ceiling looks like being plastered by a pre-schooler and the newly painted walls are unbelievable. Stay away from the contractor if you can.

Russel visited my home and took pictures of the broken tiles from the storm in February. Really professional, smartly dressed and very helpful. Booked a date over the phone with Chloe and everything went like clock work. Couldnt have been happier. 29.06.2022 Scaffolding was erected quickly and carefully over our conservatory by the guys. (They had to change date and were to come 28th but another job took longer, not a problem as I work from home). They were really lovely and very considerate to my property. Great job by some skilful guys; thanks. The following day (30th) the roofers Jim & Mark turned up, they were outstanding! Polite, helpful, respectful, kept me informed what they were doing and took pictures whilst on the roof to show me. They even cleaned my sofits whilst they were up on the roof. These guys are a credit to your company & couldnt do enough to ensure I was happy. My overall experience to repair my roof was excellent. I would 100% recommend them for the work they did on my roof.
