Brett was very prompt to come out measure and give us a quote very friendly once ordered there was no communication we had to chase they should have been fitted before Christmas we explained we worked shift work and was told it wasnt a problem I had to do the chasing didnt get them fitted before Christmas very hard to sort out to be fitted. The fitter Nathan was fantastic very friendly and professional the but that got me was I was sent a txt and email for the full payment before they were fitted !! Shutters are lovely fitter was great but communication was poor thats why its only 4 stars and I wasnt going to pay till it was completed and I was happy

Brett visited our home to quote for shutter fitting for 3 bedrooms. We hoped for a fitting before Christmas which was promised and delivered. Brett and Nathan arrived as scheduled to fit the shutters. Lovely chaps, friendly, professional and respectful. Cannot fault the service they provided. We love our shutters and would not hesitate to recommend this company- Thanks again guys you have done is proud - 10 out of 10. I Have Just had Shutters from The Luxury Blind company at my home and all I need to say is, WOW WOW WOW blooming marvelous. Bret from start to finish was a complete gem, his attention to detail was fantastic the price was well within budget and the workmanship from Nathan and Bret was Fabulous. We would HIGHLY recommend this company.
