        Never answer the phone, it actually rings out and disconnects you. Never respond to emails. Major issues with billing, never consistently take DD, so never know what and when money will be taken. Need to be taken over and restructured. Awful company and customer service

        Absolute joke of a company, if they can even be called a company Never pick up the phone They have an emergency number which they dont answer Bunch of cowboys Need to get reported to trading standards

        Barely answer the phone or emails. The ISTA meter screen doesnt show. Iv had issues with on site pressure and been recovering no hot water or heating to my flat but my account is still being charged. I do not rate this company or metering system!
