        Having bought a motorhome with WiFi already installed I had to phone Falcon to see how to change the sim from 3 to Tescomobile. Using WhatsApp & photos Collette patiently talked me through the process. I would highly recommend Falcon for motorhome WiFi & more.

        We lost the channels off our TV,, With the help from the lady from Falcon Tech and a long telephone conversation and instructions, we were able to retune the TV,, I am quite pleased with the help received,,,,

        Last year these great people added WIFI to our van for us. The magnets were not very strong and did not hold the router in place. Falcon were aware of this and did tell us pre purchase. I saw them at the Peterborough Show and asked if they had found a resolution yet. I was informed they had, and given a contact. I made contact and very swiftly Andy sent me new magnets.problem resolved!!
