        Knighton House is a every parents idea of the perfect country girls prep school (ages 7 to 13, plus nursery from 3 to 7). Excellent academic results achieved in a nurturing environment. Plenty to occupy day, flexi and boarders alike. A focus on the child with small class sizes (average 8 to 10); wonderful comfy dorms, ponies, rabbits, pigmy goats all in 30 acres of beautiful Dorset countryside. I speak from experience as I have 3 children at the school, who moved from a London day-school environment and have flourished at Knighton.
