Honeybells were great. They did what they said they would, when they said they would, at the price they said they would - all on that busy jubilee bank holiday weekend. and despite having to delay for a year because of COVID. Really clear, friendly, and timely communication, a high quality product and a great team on the ground and in the office.

Great experience with Honeybells for our Glamping tents. Superb customer service from start to finish and loved the personalised website page which Honeybells were only too happy to set up for us.

Look, the tents were OK which is the only reason this gets a very begrudging 2 stars. Beyond that, the pricing structure makes no sense whatsoever. Do not book in haste like we did. The extras for the "luxury" tent (260 for 2 nights, for the love of all that is sacred) which you don't get in same sized "classic" tent (200) are airbeds and bedding (which you can get for 6 single and 12 double as extras if you book a "classic" tent), and if you get a classic tent, then a "standard" tent (160) doesn't come with the airbeds or the "furnishings" which consist of a tiny rubbish table and one of those pathetic tiny IKEA misshapen furry splodges of rug where the labels are about 20% of the size of the rug itself. Tacky tacky tacky. So basically an airbed and these terrible useless furnishings account for 100 difference for 2 nights rental. I realised I'd made a mistake like the fecund idiot I am and rang to cancel so I could book an Airbnb for over 120 cheaper (I mentioned that we might be cancelling as we *may* not have been able to make the event) only to be told that cancellation was 50% only i.e. 130 I'd never see again regardless. Oh wait, I wasn't told this immediately. I rang up and the guy on the phone didn't know, because why would you know your own businesses cancellations rates he said he'd contact me the next day after speaking to management. He didn't. 2 days later I run back and he still hadn't bothered to find out. I rang again next day again and finally got an answer from someone else who took another day to answer. I asked where it mentioned the rubbish cancellation terms when we booked and apparently its "at the bottom of the t&c's" that you need to click though to, and as far as I know, no one who isn't utterly tragic ever bothers with that. My fault sure, but a lot of your faults in waiting as well. Bottom line is a decent company should have made it MUCH clearer. I said to leave it and I'd consider whether I wanted to cancel or not, because by this point I didn't want to give them my money. At which point I left it cos I couldn't be arsed with it anymore and I thought I'd just take the hit and stayed in the hideously overpriced tent we paid for... ... Until the Monday before the wedding whe. I got an email late afternoon saying if I didn't confirm that we were still staying by Tuesday lunch, they would cancel it and take 50%. I was super busy at the start of the week so l on Tuesday I saw another email saying they had cancelled our tent and took the 130 quid. No phone call, just an email. I rang back saying I still wanted it and had to drown myself briefly in the ignominy of paying in another 130 quid to book a tent we didnt want anymore. Like I said, the tent wasn't terrible, decent room in it. But it's a few sheets with some poles and a blow up bed. Thankfully the wedding weekend was most lovely. Needless to say, I won't ever be using Honeybells ever again, and I will go out of my way to recommend others do the same. Terrible value for money, terrible customer service. Do not waste your time, get on Airbnb. At least they're clear with their terms and the pricing makes a twitching modicum of sense. Wastemen.
