I defy anyone to find any fault with this company at Durston. I have nothing but praise for their professionalism, quality and aftersals service. Nicky and her team but mentioning Ian who personally delt with me on my final dealing with them was outstanding. I could write a book on the satisfaction I have received from this dealership. So sorry my sixth month warranty had cone to an end hasanyone to an end

Just bought our second motorhome from the lovely folk at the Sommerset motorhome centre why would we go anywhere else perfect first motorhome purchase 5 years ago hence the reason we went back and of no surprise to my self and my wife our second purchase from start to finish handover and the valet was excellent thank you so much we are so happy with our Knaus it's awesome we love it. I have to take my hat off to these people they really know how to treat customer's not only at the point of purchase but most importantly the back up service is faultless second to no one. I have been in business for over 20 years and purchased loads of vans and cars from different places and I can hand on heart say that this is the best smoothest vehicle purchase I have ever made and I cannot recommend John highly enough for his knowledge in selling me my 1st motorhome and especially at hand over very easy to understand. Also Hanna in repairs she is an asset to your fabulous team brilliant after sales warantee repairs. Don't change a thing & Keep up the good work when I am board with my motorhome you will be my very 1st port of call for a replacement. We have also recommended friends who have bought motorhomes from you and they are all very happy indeed with there's to.
