Fantastic home cooked food from a plainly talented chef, lovely hosts and a good selection of drinks. Definitely worth a visit.

I was so pleased with a previous visit that I have been back a few times, and it never disappoints. An excellent selection of drinks and amazing food. Really easy parking, clean and fresh. I do enjoy visiting this watering hole, and now make regular visits. A really good place for nice food, worth going out of my way, the fish dishes are remarkable.

Great service and cannot fault the lady who served us. Food was poor however. Checked Website before we went but that did not match what was on offer! Kids food was OK. I had a Fritto, average for the 9 I paid. My wife had the muscles, the sauce they were served in was inedible. Shame because this place has real potential.

We've been coming here every couple of weeks for ages now. The menu is ever-changing but always impressive (and superbly cooked) - there's even a separate vegetarian menu. And look out for the themed tasting menu nights... easily the best food in Cam and Dursley (Jon has serious chops as a chef, and combines fresh local ingredients with an amazing imagination and eye for detail). Staff are friendly and accommodating, and there is a nice (short, regularly changing) range of craft beer, cider, and real ale too.
